Product Description: Semi-automatic spray can filling line is a device for filling spray cans.  The filling line consists of several parts, including spray can feeding system, spray can positioning system, spray can filling system, spray can sealing system, spray can coding system and spray can discharging system.  
 
The spray can feed system is used to transport empty spray cans from the storage area or conveyor belt to the filling line.  The spray can positioning system can accurately position the spray can at the filling position to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the spray can filling.

2. Filling station: The filling station is equipped with a precision filling valve that accurately dispenses the desired amount of product into each aerosol can. The filling process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to ensure consistent and precise filling.
